At Sazsa, your skin health and safety come first. Because our products are topical skincare items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened skincare items.

Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot resell it or guarantee its safety, even if it appears unused.


Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Skincare products are considered personal care items. For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps protect all customers from potential contamination or misuse.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.

Please contact us at support@sazsaskin.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (damaged item, packaging, or incorrect product)

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Allergic Reactions & Sensitivity

Skin reactions can vary based on individual sensitivities. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchasing and performing a patch test prior to full use.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns for reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with results.


Order Issues & Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Sazsa is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Processing Refunds (If Approved)
