Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and careful packaging to ensure your skincare arrives safely.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

Sazsa is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help, reach out to us at support@sazsaskin.com and we’ll assist where possible.
International Shipping Notes
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays outside of our control. Sazsa is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
